Abort the build if we would have to build any dependencies first, instead of building them automatically. We want to have exactly one package built in one builds.sr.ht job.

ERROR: Missing binary package for dependency 'postmarketos-artwork-wallpapers' of 'postmarketos-artwork', but pmbootstrap won't build any depends since it was started with --no-depends.
