Include separators in GitLab links

GitLab is slowly removing deprecated project paths.

While the first link still worked, the second link was broken already.

For example:

• https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/ci-common/merge_requests/2 gets automatically redirected to https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/ci-common/-/merge_requests/2
• https://gitlab.com/StandaSK/ci-common/settings/repository throws a 404, but https://gitlab.com/StandaSK/ci-common/-/settings/repository works as expected
