stm: Shutdown sequence

The docs state that "Safer shutdown procedure avoiding interrupted NVM driver operations can be implemented using the NMEA command $PSTMGPSSUSPEND."

So this should be used before issuing module reset, if I understand correctly?

This should be used before closing the device after the last client closes its socket.

It could be implemented externally in a shutdown hook though.
