Draft: towards autodetection

Administrator requested to merge autonmea into master

Adding a simple nmea driver as a stripped down version of the stm driver and do some basic autodetection. This could be triggered from udev with a special config file for such a case, so in case of /dev/gnss stuff, no device-specific config would be needed.
