camera: reset vertical and horizontal fip

Administrator requested to merge fix/reset-vflip-hflip into master

Megapixels handles rotation and mirroring in software. But libcamera-based application uses VFLIP and HFLIP V4L2 controls for that purpose. So if Megapixels runs after libcamera app, then VFLIP and HFLIP controls maybe in different state, than expected.
