change user-agent version 91->102

Administrator requested to merge new-useragent into master

Fixes #50 (closed), and trues up with what's current in Tor Browser on Android. I tested by changing user agent manually in about:config. Reverting to 91 breaks gitlab sign-in again, going back to 102 works.
