Support for modern QCOM devices (SM7150 and newer)

This adds support for dynamic partitions and UFS and makes msm-firmware-loader work on SM7150 Xiaomis.

Tested on xiaomi-davinci. Probably needs testing on other SM7150 devices as well as old devices to make sure this doesn't affect them.
