msm-firmware-loader.sh: use qbootctl if available

Administrator requested to merge qbootctl into master

Use qbootctl for query active slot on AB devices if it is installed.

It helps for AB devices with lk2nd when lk2nd clears out the cmdline.

It is needed for: https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/4381
