Add config option to disable animations

Administrator requested to merge noanimations into master

On low end devices like the Nokia N900 animations are very slow, so disabling them would be nice. This branch adds an option animations in the config. If set false the animated dots un unlock and the moving animation of the keyboard are disabled.
