cross/ccache-cross-symlinks: pkgrel bump

Rebuild to make it use the new armhf triplet. Otherwise cross compiling
with crossdirect to armhf fails with:

ccache: error: Could not find compiler "armv6-alpine-linux-muslgnueabihf-gcc" in PATH
