Ported succesfully to armv7. Everything that worked on armhf
works on armv7 as well: touch, wifi, usb networking etc.

SWRast (gallium) was not enabled but is needed because the device
does not support 3D acceleration yet.

The older version we were shipping seems to have been removed upstream,
and thus this package didn't build anymore and has started blocking

Patches rebased, and includes some new fixes:

- Being tested by Purism as well, has shown some promise improving GPS
  reliability

- Fixes issue with modem disappearing

This is required for kernels earlier than 4.7 for bwrap to work for
normal users, and therefore for gnome web (epiphany) and flatpak.

For some reason this did not happen (the whole 'Restart config...'
block) in the gitlab CI run with pretty much the same commit that ended
up being merged. Before it got merged however, it ran with
[ci:skip-build]. Maybe because of GCC-9 vs. GCC-10.

This device uses u-boot in Alpine's u-boot-pine64 package, and NOT from
the u-boot in pmaports, so the freq-specific u-boot files don't exist.

This patch fixes:
  fastboot: error: Couldn't parse partition size '0x'.

I don't get the bug myself, but it was reported that this works as
expected. Let's merge it to pmaports temporarily while it's getting
upstreamed.
