Update to versino 68 of Librem5 base. As part of this we also add
u-boot-tools to makedepends as we don't install depends for building
anymore. u-boot-tools which provides mkimage does not get installed by
default.

This will be the last 6.6.x update, next update will be based on the

* Support for exynos5420-samsung-v1awifi is added thanks to

* Several: fixes for usb and charging for Exynos 5250
  devices (manta in particular) has been added thanks to @Alexmrqt

- Add UCM2 configurations for biscuit
- Add udev rule to switch headphone output
- Add asound config
- Add pulseaudio configs

This commit provides a basic pulseaudio setup for biscuit. The device appears
to only support 48kHz audio. Resampled 44kHz audio crackles and pops currently
due to the buffer underrunning. Some more tweaking may be needed to improve
audio playback quality.

With the UDC driver being modularized, it not probing in the initfs will
cause the NCM gadget to not be set up.
