microsoft-surface-rt: nls-iso8859-1 is not included in initramfs

Module kernel/fs/nls/nls_iso8859-1.ko is in deviceinfo_modules_initfs, but is not included in initramfs.

Module is included and loaded, system boots

initramfs-extra not found error

Activity
mkinitfs has trouble with module names that have both
-and_, since the kernel treats these as interchangeable... anyways, this should fix it: https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/postmarketos-mkinitfs/-/merge_requests/9I also wrote a test for this search function, and specifically included this
