main/postmarketos-ui-weston: weston.ini.default uses fbdev backend, which is no longer available

Weston 10.0.0 starts and works.

Weston 10.0.0 fails to start with the following logs:

Additional information

It seems that while !2941 (closed) has removed dependency on weston-backend-fbdev, the default config file has been left intact, causing Weston to try to use backend that's no longer available.
