Galaxy S3 (m0) cannot connect to wi-fi network despite password being entered correctly

What's the expected behaviour?
The Galaxy S3 connects to a wi-fi network correctly
What's the current behaviour?
The device does not connect despite the password being double- and triple-checked for accuracy.
How to reproduce your issue?
- Open settings.
- Tap 'Wi-Fi'
- Select a network.
- Try, and fail to, connect to the network.
- Repeat several times, all resulting in failure
What device are you using?
Samsung GALAXY S III (samsung-m0)

How did you get postmarketOS image?

I built it using pmbootstrap -
It was preinstalled on my device
What's the build date of the image? (in yyyy-mm-dd format)
20220616-0629 (I used the latest version both times, I think)
Additional information
P.S. Fedora Media writer DOES NOT allow flashing images to SD Cards unless SELinux is set to Permissive.
I also came from the Stock ROM before installing pmOS. Here's what I did:
- I had the m0 on the latest version of the Stock ROM (4.3) before I went through the motions of installing pmOS as per the wiki page.
- I installed a custom recovery (TWRP) with Heimdall.
- I constantly had to switch from Fedora 36 to Ubuntu 22.04 due to Fedora 36 not understanding how to open img.xz files.
