broadcom firmware config file missing on Tolino Shine 2HD

What's the expected behaviour?
After installation, wifi works out of the box, required firmware is available
What's the current behaviour?
On board resivion 37NB-E60QF0+4A2 (A3 with realtek chip is not affected) with the CyberTAN 121 chip, a config file /lib/firmware/brcm/brcmfmac43362-sdio.kobo,tolino-shine2hd.txt is expected but does not exist.

Installing pmOS according to the device wiki page.

- It was preinstalled on my device
What's the build date of the image? (in yyyy-mm-dd format)
Additional information
Problem is also documented in the device page, the required file contents are found in /lib/firmware/wc121/nvram.txt on the original sd in /dev/sdXp5. Preferrably, there should be a online source found for it.
