BQ-Paella - battery discharging after some time with cable plugged in and notification led red on ui-fbkeyboard

Describe your issue

What's the expected behaviour?

It would just charge along until it has 100%.

What's the current behaviour?

It charges to 20%, then stops charging and eventually powering off. After I replug the cable it boots and charges to around 40% and then again begins discharging. And then the same procedure begins. I attached some data in .csv format.

How to reproduce your issue?

1. Uninstall Phosh
2. Install "postmarketos-ui-fbkeyboard"
3. Charge

What device are you using?

bq-paella

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

• edge (master branch)

• v22.06 (supported until 2023-01-18)

• v22.12

• I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a

On what environment did you encounter the issue?

Environments

• Phosh
• Plasma Mobile

• from https://images.postmarketos.org
• I built it using pmbootstrap
• It was preinstalled on my device

Additional information

I don't know if this is just an issue of the fbkeyboard/console ui or if its a general problem or an hardware problem. The notification led is constantly red while the cable is plugged in, even when it reports discharging. Its kind of the behavior like in #1586, because it also charges sometimes to like 94% and then begins discharging.
