auto-modprobe uhid when BT subsystem is installed

Some BT input devices require uhid, we should probably install a modprobe.d config file when the bluetooth stuff is installed (i.e in postmarketos-base-ui/APKBUILD) to have this module loaded automatically.

if anyone wants to send a patch for this, I think it might be best to add it to the dependencies for postmarketos-base-ui, since this hidapi thing is apparently useful for bluetooth and usb stuff (so putting it in the -bluez subpkg might be too limiting?)

I noticed that I need to run modprobe uhid every time after reboot, so it's not clear here...

And also I just removed that package and the keyboard is working after modprobe. So the hidapi package is likely not needed. It's strange why the module doesn't load automatically (my device is google-sargo, it may be device specific)
