pmaports packages depend on alpine testing packages
The following packages are in alpine testing. We have packages depending on them, so we should take over maintainership if needed, and move them to community. For v24.06 I've forked them as workaround.

- So this is used by GNOME. The Alpine package was last modified by @PureTryOut.
- For whom would it make most sense to maintain this? I guess possibly the GNOME team in alpine if they don't mind? (which consists of @Cogitri and pmOS core team members @Newbyte, @pabloyoyoista)?

Actually, also used by KDE Plasma. Powerdevil has support to switch from performance to powersaving mode and what not with it. Which is why I touched it a while back. I'm willing to take over maintenance, in the upstream issue I can see you got no response so if you're fine with it I'll just take it over this week.
Actually, we should probably put it under maintenance of the Alpine desktop team. That team needs members btw, from GNOME (@pabloyoyoista) would be nice for example. https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/groups/team/alpine-desktop/-/group_members

Looks like mentioned in device/community/device-nokia-n900/sxmo/start_hook.sh, so also tagging @sicelo
xobonly appears there because it's mentioned by an sxmo-supplied file which we completely replace for the N900. Otherwise I have zero use for it and would happily nuke it out of our forked file. I regret that I'm not available to maintain it.By Sicelo on 2024-07-07T14:00:01
