[edge] doas-sudo-shim and sudo interlocking dependencies?

What's the expected behaviour?
pmbootstrap install
does not fail
What's the current behaviour?
Currently installation step failed with an error regarding package selection, between sudo
and doas-sudo-shim
How to reproduce your issue?
Run pmbootstrap init
followed by pmbootstrap install
What device are you using?
problem exists at least on aarch64 (lenovo-p1m) and armv7 (solidun-cubox)
