Get rid of deviceinfo_nonfree

minecrell: I was wondering, what is the purpose of this mysterious deviceinfo_nonfree="????" property? (see e.g. https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketos/pmaports/-/blob/master/device/device-samsung-i9100/deviceinfo#L9) It seems to exist since the initial commit

ollieparanoid: well, back in the day I thought it would have been nice to list exactly what is non-free about a device there. but we never ended up using it, so imho it should just be removed. we do have the nonfree firmware stuff in the device package, where we could list something similar

• pmaports: remove deviceinfo_nonfree line from all deviceinfos
• pmbootstrap: mark it as legacy
• pmbootstrap: remove from aportgen code, if present there
• wiki: move the option down to legacy options
