Add a "junior job" label to help more people to get involved with the project

I am using Godot repo as an example of using such a label. They use that label for the easier to fix issues. I think adding it to that the PostmarketOS project (and start using it) will help more people to get involved with the project.

I am talking from my experience, I would like to get involved but don't have that much Linux/bash dev experience

Thanks for bringing this up @georgikoemdzhiev, I'll try to use the "easy" label more (where it makes sense) and I've added a link to the easy help wanted issues to the contribute page.
