Repair Anbox breakage (LXC 4.0)

Upgrading LXC to 4.0 breaks Anbox. With or without rebuilding Anbox against the new lxc. https://github.com/anbox/anbox/issues/1397

ToDo:

• warn Alpine, so upstream doesn't upgrade it: added a comment at a!5928.
• investigate why it is broken.

I think in the meantime we should make a lxc3 package for Anbox in Alpine. Then at least the regular LXC can be upgraded while the incompability in Anbox is investigated.

That's a good point. I sent a mail to the ArchLinux Anbox maintainer inquiring what he plans to do about it: Arch already upgraded to LXC4.0.

Note that Anbox is currently broken right now. While I'm investigating and while https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/6550 isn't merged, you'll need to build lxc3 and install manually to use Anbox.
