Phosh doesn't automatically restart ntp after connecting to wifi

While "Automatic time" is enabled in gnome-settings it doesn't automatically does ntp if there's no time set yet and wifi is connected, it either takes a long while for it automatically restart ntp or you have to toggle the automatic time switch in gnome settings.
