Drop arm-trusted-firmware fork?

    arm-trusted-firmware was forked from alpine in !882 (closed) to add support for the pinebook pro. It contains a patch to increase RK3399_BAUDRATE from 115200 to 1500000.

    @MartijnBraam, is the patch still needed? If so, can you upstream it to the official repo or at least to alpine, and drop the pmaports package?

    EDIT: I'll remove the fork from v21.03 (it was not on v20.05 either). This issue is about getting it removed from edge.
