Mauikit fix dep

Mauikit doesn't depend on kirigami2 while it should. This MR fixes that.

Apps seem to need breeze-icons or similar to be usable though. Any idea how to answer that demand? adwaita-icon-theme isn't used if installed

It does.

I was wondering how to ensure we had suitable icons on app installation. Perhaps we could have a provide="plasma-icons" in both breeze-icons and oxygen-icons. We could then have kirigami, maukit or something else depend on it to ensure that when installing, for example, index, it usable because you can know what you click on (see the image in the original description).
