main/postmarket-base: cleanup

Progress towards #467 (closed).

Move the PulseAudio dep to the various UI packages that need it. I probably didn't think of some UI requiring it so please tell me if so. Also remove iw and nano as they should be installed by the user themselves when wanted.

Also, I made https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/merge_requests/4820 for the pulseaudio-alsa dependency.
