WIP: lg-x150: added new device

WARNING: I'm a noob and have no idea what I'm actually doing. Please excuse everything that will most likely offend everyone working on this project

Ported LG-X150, also known as "LG BELLO II" or "LG BELLO 2".

Manually edited the MAKEFILE because of incompatibility with the second hunk of the gcc7 patch and I couldn't figure out a better way.
