asus-me176c: add dependency for audio, fix touchscreen in osk-sdl

Add alsa-ucm-conf as dependency to the device package for audio to work, change meson buildtype to plain, add necessary module goodix to initfs to fix touchscreen in osk-sdl.

As far as I'm concerned work on asus-me176c is mostly "completed" with this MR:

Long ago I made issues why I don't consider it worth working on camera and GPS on this device. It's totally over-complicated and quite frankly camera and GPS was poor even on the stock ROM.

So the two remaining "broken" above don't bother me very much. It's quite usable as tablet (which obviously has less requirements as daily driver than a smartphone...)
