, building as mudule and now I've also cleanued up APKBUILD a bit, details in the commit message:

• linter fix: remove unneeded HOSTCC
• use downstreamkernel_package
• _abi_release was never used
• this package is only enabled for aarch64, so always use modules_install dbts_install in package(), remove redundant switch case
