Remove linux-postmarketos-mainline, disable linux-postmarketos-stable everywhere except armv7
See #464 (closed) and the commit log.
I suppose we could rename linux-postmarketos-stable now but I don't think it is worth it. Probably better to keep everything as-is until Nokia N900 can use linux-lts or a custom kernel.
