nokia-beatles: new device (Nokia 2720 Flip)

Administrator requested to merge nokia-beatles into master

Initial Nokia 2720 Flip port based on downstream 3.10.49 CAF kernel.

Flashing currently broken due to "locked" fastboot, but there is a workaround by flashing to recovery partition directly from KaiOS; rootfs can be flashed to microSD. Corresponding manual on how-to-flash to be added to the device page.

Works:

  • boot process
  • ssh over USB
  • framebuffer (with msm-fb-refresher; only main screen)
  • battery charging

Doesn't:

  • wlan: out-of-tree prima module; compiles, loads FW, there is some issue with network manager -> shows lot of "~" on scan request; iw dev wlan0 scan works
  • modem: rmtfs doesn't work due to lack of qrtr kernel support; module downstreaming doesn't help - hangs on qrtr_publish -> qrtr_sendto -> sendto
