Enabled QCDT for motorola-osprey

Administrator requested to merge device/motorola-osprey into master

I've tried to use the existing motorola-osprey port on the osprey I got but it wouldn't boot, after checking the factory images I found it needs QCDT.

I'm not sure why the original port isn't QCDT, I did found that there are a bunch of variations of the motorola-osprey:

  • XT1540 (americas)
  • XT1541 (europe)
  • XT1542 (?)
  • XT1543 (Dual-SIM)
  • XT1544 (Dual-SIM with HDTV)
  • XT1548 (CDMA)
  • XT1550 (Dual-SIM, asia)
  • XT1556 (Turbo Edition, south america)
  • XT1557 (Turbo Edition, asia)
