cross/binutils-*: fix building after 2.34 upgrade

Administrator requested to merge fix-binutils-build into master

Building of binutils was broken by the 2.34 upgrade that got merged to master earlier today.
It seems that simply adding texinfo to makedepends fixed the issue confirmed by my local testing.
