temp/qt-5.12: fix build

Administrator requested to merge fix/qt-5.12 into master

The upgrade to Qt 5.12 ignored out-of-date patches and upstream APKBUILD changes, so this PR fixes that. I took the Alpine Qt 5.12 packaged, and applied our changes on top of it. Compiles and runs successfully locally on x86_64.
