nobby-230: update device- and linux- packages

Administrator requested to merge nobby-230 into master

Changes:

  • Add audio package dependency;
  • Replace panel driver with one from stock kernel (thanks to bnister);
  • Change keyboard layout so it's fully supported in X11.
