device-pine64-pinetab: add ucm files

Administrator requested to merge pinetab-ucm into master

We already have UCM configs for PinePhone, so why not supply one for the tablet?

Tested, and seems to work fine, although I cannot test the speakers because my unit has the speakers broken.
