[WIP] New device - htc hd2

This is an initial port for htc hd2. Please do not merge it. I am uploading it because my device is broken and i can't do anything on it right now, maybe someone could continue it. What works :

• Kernel boots
• Display is partially working (screen output is messed up, you can see it in the picture), the value in /sys/class/graphics/fb0/bits_per_pixel should probably be changed

Usb networking and telnet doesn't work, dumping sysfs should probably help, as suggested by Henri Dellal.
