WIP: huawei-alice: new device (Huawei P8 Lite Ale-L21)

Adding new device port, but need help to get it booting.
I already asked in the nice matrix chat for help, but they got stuck too.

Tried normal gcc, gcc6 and gcc4.
Tried both defconfigs found in the kernel repo.
RAM offsets are read from an booting img.
