linux-oneplus-sdm845: Remove package and device-oneplus-enchilada/fajita packages that depend on it

Administrator requested to merge enchilada-kernel-fixup into master

This MR removed the kernel package so it can be added back with a $pkgver that makes sense rather than _git versions.
