<msm8916-mainline>: move some from testing to community

Administrator requested to merge msm8916-community into master

This moves the following devices from testing to community:

  • motorola-harpia
  • samsung-a5(u)lte
  • samsung-a3ulte
  • samsung-serranovelte
  • wileyfox-crackling

All these device ports are almost identical and have similar functionality (although it varies a bit from device to device). But given their similarity I think it's worth submitting them together in one MR.

Supported features:

  • USB
  • Display
  • GPU
  • Touchscreen
  • WiFi/BT
  • Audio
  • Accelerometer, Magnetometer, Gyroscope (not available in all of them)
  • Modem (SMS, voice calls with audio)
  • Hardware-accelerated video de/encoding
  • Some other fun stuff

I asked the others to consider moving their device from testing to community and make a commit if they agree, so please do not squash them when merging.
