main/linux-postmarketos-allwiner: Add CONFIG_SND_ALOOP as m

Enables CONFIG_SND_ALOOP which enables the creation of a loopback audio device for the Pinephone.

This makes configuring system audio and voice call recording very simple in ALSA in a cross-device specific manner.
