postmarketos port to Samsung Galaxy J5 2015 (3G version)

We already have a port to SM-J500FN, which use mainline.

This device uses different modem and WiFi chip and has different firmware. I'm working on mainline display support on this device, but MSM DRM drivers doesn't work if WCNSS are not initialized.
