main/linux-postmarketos-allwinner: only one RTL8723CS driver

We cannot have two RTL8723CS driver at once (RTL8723CS and RTL8723CS_NEW).

On most compilers, doing this would fail, but for some reason our compiler stll passes it.

But honestly, it's better to just use one (the old driver, or the new driver).
