sony-eagle: new device (Sony Xperia M2)

I just managed to boot it!

I'm using the official kernel from Sony as start.

There's still a lot to do, but maybe someone wants to help: eagle-dmesg

Why is it set to WIP? If it boots, we can merge it as initial version and then have further improvements in new MRs. This has the advantage, that we don't have one endless MR, but rather short and easier to review patches coming in over time.
