main/postmarketos-ui-phosh: enable bluetooth speaker support

test procedure:

• go into settings>bluetooth;
• pair with some bluetooth device (I tried with a speaker);
• click on it in the list;
• activate it;
• tada! you have sound.

Fixes #529 (closed).
