main/mkbootimg-osm0sis: upgrade to 2020.05.18

Administrator requested to merge main_mkbootimg-osm0sis-2020.05.18 into master

Questions: why is it named mkbootimg-osm0sis instead of just mkbootimg when it's the only maintained version, and why haven't we pushed this to Alpine yet? Is there a reason to only have it in postmarketOS?
