main/linux-postmarketos-stericsson: upgrade to 5.8, fix samsung-skomer

Administrator requested to merge skomer-fix into master

Accidentally we did not test the device package correctly, so samsung-skomer was actually broken the whole time :D I added a commit to fix it. Fixes #705 (closed)

Also update mainline kernel fork to fix some more issues:

  • Update to Linux 5.8
  • samsung-skomer:
    • Fix accelerometer mount-matrix (by Linus Walleij)
    • Fix some potential display issue(s) (by Linus Walleij)
    • Enable touchscreen driver in kernel config
