pine64-pinephone: fix calling for some people

Administrator requested to merge fix/pinephone-calling-for-some into master

It seems some distros set urcport to some non default value which breaks calling. Since we just need the default, lets make sure it's set to that

Command taken from PureOS for the PinePhone (seems they were one of the offenders).
