kde/kpeoplesink: rebuild

Administrator requested to merge kpeoplesink into master

see http://mirror.postmarketos.org/postmarketos/master/armv7/kpeoplesink-0_git20200618-r1.apk, the .PKGINFO contains depend = so:libkaccounts.so.1. The x86_64 version is right tough. I assume that the armv7 version was built before the armv7 version of kaccounts got into the Alpine repos, but after it was uploaded to the 64bit repos.
